SportsFlow is our app for coaches and match analysis. SportsFlow Kader is something else: a separate, lean tool for everyone who has to line up several teams every weekend – youth coordinators, department heads, coaching staff.
We built it because “Is he allowed to play today?” comes up in every club every weekend – and the answer is scattered across several sets of regulations. Kader is meant to take that work off your hands, not to sell you another subscription.

What SportsFlow Kader checks
Locked to higher teams
Two matches in a row for the higher team lock you out of the lower one – until two matches without you have been played or eight weeks have passed. With U21 and U23 exceptions.
Playing rights
At most two adult teams per season, three for youth players – set by the first appearance. Derived from the match reports, and you can add to them.
Youth players in adult teams
Adult playing right from age 17 or 16, two matches in 50 hours, at most two age groups per season.
Weekly planner
All of the week's matches at a glance. Copy the line-up from the last match, add players via search and instantly see what it means for Sunday's match.
Import instead of typing
Search your club, pick your teams – fixtures and line-ups come from Handball4All, handball.net and nuLiga. Updated automatically every night.
With sources, no guarantee
DHB match regulations plus special rules from BWHV, BHV and districts, each with version and link. The decision stays with the club.

Frequently asked questions
Is this legally binding?
No. SportsFlow Kader is a helper tool for assessment, with no guarantee. The match regulations, your association's additional provisions and the registration office are binding – the decision on who plays lies with the club. That's why every traffic light shows which rule it applies and where it comes from.
Which associations are supported?
The DHB match regulations apply nationwide and are always included. The special rules of the Baden-Württemberg and Bavarian handball associations, including their districts, are verified – and applied per team: district rules only in district leagues. For other regional associations we check against the DHB regulations, flag that clearly and add your association on request.
Where does the data come from?
From the public fixtures and match reports on Handball4All, handball.net and nuLiga. Anyone on the match report took part. Playing rights at other clubs, suspensions or waiting periods you add yourself.
Why do I need birth years?
The public match reports don't include birth years. Until you enter them – one by one or as a list from your registration system – we estimate the age group from appearances and mark it as such.
Do I need SportsFlow for this?
No. SportsFlow Kader is a separate app with its own account and its own price – for running your club, not for analysing a team's matches.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes: the demo shows the traffic light for the current week with your club's real data, no sign-up needed. After buying, you have 14 days to return the licence without giving a reason.
Which leagues are supported?
Everything from the lowest district league up to the 3rd league and youth Bundesliga. We don't support the 1st and 2nd Bundesliga – the HBL and HBF have additional regulations there. In the 3rd league and youth Bundesliga, handball.net publishes line-ups without names; you add those appearances yourself.
