Which stats actually matter in handball?

Goals and missed shots are just the start — the interesting numbers sit one level deeper: shot rate by position (back court, pivot, wing, 7-metre), rate per attacking wave, technical errors per possession, your goalkeeper's save rate by shot zone, and your balance on power plays and shorthanded. SportsFlow captures exactly these dimensions automatically, because every action already knows its player, position and outcome. You don't calculate anything — the numbers are ready in match analysis right after the final whistle.

Live match stats instead of catching up later

The classic way — a tally sheet on a clipboard, typed into a table at night — loses information: who shot from where, in which minute, in which lineup? With live tracking, the stats form the moment the action happens. Two taps are enough: player and action, then shot position and where it landed. Mistap? Shot charts: the stats your team actually understands

So your stats match the season, you take over schedule, opponents and results in one click from publicly available fixture lists like handball.net or Handball4All. New match at the weekend? One click in the fixture preview and it's in your season overview. With live sync you can even show the official score next to yours while tracking — you only track the actions you actually care about.

Export and further use

Want to share the numbers with your club or crunch them yourself? Every match and every season exports as a CSV — clean and ready for Excel or Google Sheets. For the locker room you print the match or season report as a PDF, for Instagram there's the match as a story image, and for a quick look you share the analysis as a link, anonymised and without a login.
